If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a technical fault, network disruption, or server issue, ta99 will review the accurate game log to resolve the situation. If an error causes an incorrect result to be displayed in a game, that result will be considered void and the bet amount will be refunded.

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15x (fifteen times), applied only to the bonus amount — not the deposited amount. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 15 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before any bonus winnings can be withdrawn. The real deposited amount can be withdrawn at any time (unless other restrictions apply).

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each account is entitled to the welcome bonus only once.
• If the bonus is not claimed within the specified time limit, it will be cancelled.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred directly to another account.
• ta99 may change, cancel, or modify bonus offers at any time, but the terms of a bonus already claimed will not change.

6.1 Random Number Generator (RNG)

7.2 Consequences of Violations
